True abstraction can be difficult to teach. However, helping students to understand abstraction is essential to any art curriculum. Enjoy one on one mentoring with the instructor as you create abstract drawings and illustrations. We will connect with color as we view Local Color: Then & Now.  After viewing the show, we will drive to Frank Melville Park. If it rains we will use the images we observe in the Gallery as inspiration.
