I have been teaching yoga and meditation (savasana pose) for over ten years. Recently, it occurred to me to share this practice with my art students since it is a very beneficial part of my life. It is great for concentration, cleansing and is a fantastic headache cure. Let me guide you with alternate nostril breathing and create while listening to soothing music in the Studio at Gallery North.
